Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026 · Applies to the AgentSpark Android app and the AgentSpark web app.

1. Who we are

AgentSpark is a learning app published by BizBoost OS ("we", "us"). It teaches AI agent concepts and prompt engineering through short interactive quests.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. AgentSpark has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no server that receives data from the app.

• We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or device identifiers.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
• We do not send the prompts you write in the Studio anywhere. The Studio's responses are generated locally by the app itself and are simulated examples, not calls to a live AI service.

3. Information stored on your device

To remember your progress between sessions, AgentSpark saves a small amount of data in your device's local app storage:

• Your XP total, level, streak count, and completed quests.
• Your display preferences, such as the selected theme, dyslexia-friendly font, sound effects, and text-to-speech settings.

This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time from the app's Settings screen using the reset option, by clearing the app's storage in your Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

4. Text-to-speech

The read-aloud feature uses the speech engine built into your device or browser. AgentSpark passes the on-screen text to that engine and does not record, store, or transmit audio.

5. Permissions

The Android app requests only the standard internet permission required by its web runtime. AgentSpark does not use this permission to upload your data, and all app content is bundled inside the app so it works offline.

6. Children's privacy

AgentSpark is a general-audience educational app. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we also collect none from children.

7. Third-party services

The Android app does not include third-party SDKs that collect data. The web version of AgentSpark and this website may load fonts and scripts from content delivery networks, which can see your IP address as part of serving those files. Those providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how AgentSpark handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
